Mistakes happen in journalism. What matters is how they are handled. World Current Bulletin corrects errors of fact promptly, clearly and without burying them.
How We Correct Errors
- Factual errors — the article is corrected as soon as the error is confirmed, and a note at the top or bottom of the article explains what was changed and when.
- Significant updates — when a developing story changes materially, the article shows an "Updated" timestamp so readers know they are seeing revised information.
- Minor fixes — typos, grammar and formatting fixes that do not change the meaning of a story are made silently.
Reporting an Error
If you spot an inaccuracy in any of our articles, please tell us. Use our contact page and include the article headline or link, the statement you believe is wrong, and — if possible — a source supporting the correction. We review every report and respond to the person who raised it.
Removal Requests
We do not remove accurate published journalism simply because someone finds it unflattering. Removal or anonymisation is considered only in exceptional circumstances — for example, genuine risk to a person's safety or content published in error — and is decided by the editor.
Curated News Briefs
For news briefs curated from other publishers, we correct our own summary and headline. Errors that originate in the source publication should also be reported to that publisher, which every brief links to.
