Producer Ekta Kapoor has leased a floor in her Juhu property for Rs 1.5 lakh monthly. This new lease agreement begins on March 1, 2025, and concludes on February 28, 2027.
Earlier, she leased another floor in the same building for Rs 2.7 lakh per month. The Kapoor family has actively participated in several high-value real estate transactions recently.
These include significant property sales in Worli and Andheri, Mumbai.
