Anthropic has launched Claude Frontier Academy, a $100 million programme that trains AI engineers the way hospitals train doctors. After an in-person simulated deployment and a graded practical, engineers enter a 12-week residency leading a real Claude project at their own company with Anthropic's support.
Those who pass a final assessment earn the Claude Frontier Deployed Engineer badge, with the first expected in early 2027.
